I decided to start cleaning and repairing dryer vents, because of all the problems I saw on job sites, or while doing Home Inspections.  You would not believe some of the things I've seen as a Home Inspector, in fact I would recommend that all homes be inspected at least once every five years..  Anyway..  Because of the lack of local professional Dryer Vent Cleaners whom I could refer to my clients, I decided to supplement my income and started cleaning dryer vents too..

I use a very efficient cleaning system which utilizes a mechanical brush, and high powered vacuum to clean all of the lint out of the dryer vent system. (No dryer lint blown all over everything) I have taken the Monier Lifetile, Tile Roofing Technology and Inspection Course at the Monier Lifetile factory, and am qualified to walk on concrete tile roofs if necessary. I also clean the inside of dryers, repair and/or replace dryer vents as necessary; including under floor, through attic, through roof, or in wall systems.
