We present a cleaning or repair quote before work begins. We "DO NOT" use, nor endorse, un-approved plastic vent parts, nor undersized metal vent parts, and reserve the right to refuse to service your system if you insist on using them..
Our tools are specifically design to work with properly installed dryer vents. We try to confirm that this is the case before we start cleaning. Since the dryer vent is usually hidden in the walls, this is not always possible.
If your dryer vent is not sound, and becomes dislodged, or detached during our normal cleaning, repair charges will be estimated. Our diagnosis charge of $85 will be due, which can be applied if job is booked on the same day as the site visit.
